A really old song I wrote around Fall of 2008. Seriously a prolific period for me, I guess. Originally it had a different end for the chorus and some of the lines were different, but it proved a decent set of lyrics. It's the only song on Termina without any guitar tracks, even though I intended to have them.
This is the one Octo likes!
lyrics
Nothing left on this new earth
Nothing left for me to say
Nothing living in this world
Nothing left for me today
Burning fire rains decay
Blazing trails through blackened snow
In the shadow shining on
All we've got is what we know
Acid running through his veins
Just a sign of what remains
Sweeping through a twisted sun
A sure sign of what we've done
Tell me how we lost control
Striking solace from the heart
Red invaders from the skies
They have torn this world apart
Telling you just what you've done
Seething engines burn your head
Bleed the viscous liquid out
Line of corpses, trail of dead
Acid running through his brain
Just a sign of the insane
Sweeping through a twisted sun
A sure sign of what's to come
I'd write something to entice you but instead I'm just going to tell you it's a band called "You Bred Raptors?" and if that doesn't make you want to listen to it then you can get the fuck out. Onslaught Six
I had an elaborate parody of Patrick Bateman's "Huey Lewis and The News" bit from American Psycho here, but it's too big to fit the recommendation box. So...It's Perturbator. Go get it. Onslaught Six
Female-fronted synthwave, retro electro, whatever you call it. I'm not going to lie: I'm biased because this is a side project of mine. That shouldn't stop you from listening to it. Onslaught Six
Dark electronic music gets warped and clobbered on the latest from Author & Punisher. Brooding, cutting, and claustrophobic. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 18, 2017
